This is a meditation I recently lead via zoom in Delhi and London simultaneously...it consists of a guided meditation and Sanskrit chanting with most of the meanings simply explained...chanting of Sanskrit mantras is very uplifting for the mind and hearth, helping to release any emotional tensions and stress and leaving you with positive feelings of joy and peace...
